Who is Ani?
“Musical tales that weave my Colombian roots with my life in Canada.”
Ana María Posada, known as Aniposada, is a Colombian singer-songwriter who weaves musical tales that blend her Colombian roots with her experiences living in Canada. She has been composing heartfelt melodies since childhood, a journey that led to her debut album, “Madeja de Sentimiento” (Tangle of Feelings), recorded in her homeland.
Her music is a fusion of her Latin heritage and her international experiences. Drawing inspiration from social causes, spirituality and love, her songs have the power to touch hearts and inspire change.
Skilled in piano, guitar and ukulele, she brings them together into sweet, emotive melodies that linger in the soul. She is currently working on new music — stay tuned.
